Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Purple Pineapple, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns Window

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in its original condition

In the original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Return

To initiate a return, please email us at Purplepineapple@outlook.ie with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions from there.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, style, or replacement, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate an exchange, subject to stock availability.
